Connect the charging cable to your electric vehicle plug.

Check that the charging station LED is green.

Place the e-mobility card on the RFID reader.

ATTENTION: If both sockets in the charging station are free, the led will turn blue only when charging process starts. On the other hand, If both sockets are in use then the led turns blue as soon as the cable is inserted into the socket.

Connect the charging cable to the socket of the charging station.

To end the charging process place the card on the RFID reader.

Wait for the LED to change color and flash green. At this point you can disconnect the cable from the electric vehicle.

In case the LED is red, it is necessary to disconnect the cable from the charging station and wait for it to turn green again. At this point start the charging process again. Should the problem reoccur, please contact the toll-free number 800 832 855.
